2. Question: I am located in the USA, and would like my book order delivered to me in the USA. How much are the shipping fees?
   
   Answer: At checkout, your final shipping options and shipping rate will be shown. Rates will vary based on the weight of your order, and your shipping location. 4. Question: I am located in the USA/EU/Middle East/anywhere outside the Philippines, but I would like to order a book to be delivered to my family in the Philippines. How much are the shipping fees?

Payment Options

1. Question: I am here in the Philippines. What are my payment options?
   
   Answer: You may pay using:
   1. Your credit card – the fastest way; or
   2. PayPal – also fast; or
   3. Cash or check deposit directly to our bank account.
      
      
   You will see these three options at checkout. If you choose to pay via cash/check deposit, our bank account information will be given to you at check-out. We will ship your books as soon as we have verified and received your payment.
   
   
2. Question: I am outside the Philippines (US, Canada, Europe, etc). What are my payment options?
   
   Answer: You may pay using:
   1. Your credit card – the fastest way; or
   2. PayPal – also fast
      
      
   You will see these two options at checkout. We will ship your books as soon as we have verified and received your payment.
   
   

Reservations and Special Orders

1. The title I want to purchase is currently out of stock/not in your selection. Can I make a reservation/special order?
   
   Answer: Yes, you may. Just send us your information and request using the Contact Us page. We accept reservations and special orders for titles that are not presently found on Bookoto.com without a fee. You will be notified as soon as the books you requested have arrived. However, we will only hold the books for you for three (3) days. If you fail to secure the books you requested after the three-day holding period, we reserve the right to sell the books to other parties or individuals.
