The Rates:
Your shipping rate will vary based on the weight of your order and your geographic location. You will see your shipping rate at checkout.

The Methods:
We use various shipping methods depending on your geographic location, including: XenderExpress, AirFreight 21, USPS Media Mail, Priority Mail, and Global Priority Mail, whichever is most efficient and applicable to your geographic location. We reserve the right to make the best possible shipping method based on your geographic location.

The Geographic Groups:
Our geographic groupings for shipping purposes include: The Philippines (within Metro Manila and Outside Manila), Singapore, Hongkong, India China and Other Asia; USA and Canada; Europe; and All Other Countries.

The Process:
We will process and ship your order within 1 to 2 days after your payment is verified, and if the book is currently available. Preordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they are available, and after payment is verified (we do ask that payment to be made within 3 days after you made the order in order for us to process all preorders expeditiously).

Returns:
Rest assured that we inspect our books before packaging and shipping. Due to the nature of books and magazines we normally do not allow returns. However, we try to be flexible and may consider it in extreme cases, during which we appreciate your sending a returnable book to us in its original packing within 24 hours that you receive it. Sorry, but shipping is not refundable.
